• To live and love wholeheartedly, you must have a whole heart. For your heart to become whole, you must learn to love yourself

    CHRISTIAN DOUGLAS

  • Ask YOURSELF...

Who is the most important person in your life?

Whose love matters the most to you?

Whose opinion of you matters the most?

If your answer to any of these questions was anything other than “MYSELF”, we have work to do.

  • Are you hard on yourself?

Are you your own worst critic?

If so, your self-expression, your relationships and your overall fulfillment in life are being constrained in ways you don’t even realize.

  •

WHAT YOU BELIEVE AND WHAT YOU SAY TO YOURSELF, ABOUT YOURSELF, ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT WORDS YOU HEAR!

We live in a world riddled with low self-worth, self-doubt and unconscious guilt. Rising rates of depression and suicide are clear indications of this. That said, this problem is far more common and insidious than that.

The stories we tell ourselves about who we are affect not only how we relate to ourselves, they affect how we relate to everyone else in our lives. And, they have a profound impact on how we see, interpret and react to EVERYTHING that happens to and around us.

My mission is to support people in ending the unnecessary and avoidable suffering in their lives. In my experience, the most effective way to do that is to help people discover the truth of who they are deep inside...which naturally puts an end to the negative and limiting ways they may see themselves.

In this work, you’ll learn and practice proven ways to positively transform your life by building a healthy, supportive and loving relationship with the most important person in your life…YOU!

    Portland Workshops

    Group Sessions

In the near future, I will be offering workshops for up to 12 individuals in the Portland area who would like to take this work deeper. Workshops will either be a full day on the weekend or a series of evening sessions during the week. In this work, we will uncover limiting and counterproductive underlying beliefs that hold us back and then discover and empower the truth of who we are. We will also explore and practice the principles and perspectives of what I call "Practical Wisdom".
