Who is the most important person in your life?
Whose love matters the most to you?
Whose opinion of you matters the most?
If your answer to any of these questions was anything other than “MYSELF”, we have work to do.
A little bit about me
For over 25 years, Christian has been an organizational leadership and communication skills consultant whose clients have included IBM, Apple, Dell, Chevron and Boeing. Ever since he was 21 years old, Christian has pursued a path of personal growth and healing with the goal of attaining wholeness and happiness by creating a healthy relationship with himself. This path has included deep emotional healing work, meditation study and practice, books, podcasts, men’s groups, and countless workshops and retreats with notable and respected authors and teachers. A significant amount of growth occurred during a powerful 2-year program at the University of Santa Monica that culminated in his Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology. He also spent two years in the Indian Ashram described in the book, “Eat, Pray, Love” by Liz Gilbert. For the past 7 years, he has been a student of a non-dual yoga-based study known as Vedanta.
Christian has traveled all over the world and has lived in India, France, and Australia. He is a carpenter and a musician and he enjoys numerous outdoor adventure sports including whitewater kayaking, rock climbing, and mountain biking.
One on One Coaching
I will be accepting a limited number of committed coaching clients. This work is simple but it’s not necessarily easy. Because it is unrealistic to expect a noticeable change immediately, I ask for a four session commitment. The 30-minute initial session is complimentary.
In the near future, I will be offering workshops for up to 12 individuals in the Portland area who would like to take this work deeper. Workshops will either be a full day on the weekend or a series of evening sessions during the week. In this work, we will uncover limiting and counterproductive underlying beliefs that hold us back and then discover and empower the truth of who we are. We will also explore and practice the principles and perspectives of what I call "Practical Wisdom".
